We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners, advertisers and those who purchase our other e-recruiting products. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. When we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf such as hosting our web servers, providing marketing services, analyzing data and processing credit card payments, these other companies will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they are restricted from sharing this information with third parties.
