I understand that I'm applying for Internet Instructor assignments with HRMS and that these assignments can be terminated at any time by HRMS. I understand that no representative, other than those specifically authorized by the company, has any authority to enter into any agreement for any specific period of time or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing. It is my understanding that any verbal representations made to me are not binding upon the company. I understand that an offer to perform Independent Contractor assignments with HRMS may be contingent upon the successful completion of a toxicological test for substance abuse, which also includes alcohol, satisfactory completion of employment experience and degree verifications, and completion of the HRMS "Certification" process. I understand that HRMS may conduct one or more investigative background inquires to obtain information about my current and past activities to evaluate me as an applicant for Independent Contractor. I understand that if any of the above noted contingencies are not successfully completed, or if I have made any false statements on this application, any offer to perform Independent Contractor work will be retracted.
