- Cancellations received in writing by Friday, September 10, 2010 are fully refundable, less a $10 processing fee. Submit by email to info@hrms.net. Cancellations received after that date are non refundable, but transferable. Send name of person you are transferring registration to info@hrms.net.
- PayPal is used to process your electronic registration. PayPal does not accept all types of American Express CORPORATE cards. If your Amex card does not work, please use your Visa or MasterCard for the purchase.
- PayPal will issue you an electronic ticket. Please print and bring to the event. No other paper tickets will be issued. If you use a credit card, the transaction will appear on your bill as "PayPal HRMS,Inc.."
- For those of you who prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, or experienced a problem using PayPal, you can register by calling HRMS customer service at (310) 855-1064 or email info@hrms.net.
- For those who prefer to register by mail, please send check made out to HRMS for the correct amount and include your full contact information, including email. Mail to: HRMS, 8491 West Sunset Boulevard, Suite 675, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Payment must be postmarked prior to the reduced discount rate date. In addition, please email info@hrms.net to notify us that you are sending a check so that we can prepare your conference materials.
