The Southern California Chapter of HIMSS has partnered with HRMS, Inc. to produce Healthcare IT workforce development educational workshops and offer educators and employers the opportunity to recruit students and job seekers. HIMSS is a cause-based, not-for-profit organization exclusively focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare.

Sponsorship and Recruiting Opportunities

Organizations wanting to use this conference to recruit, market and brand employment and educational opportunities can purchase an exhibiting table or 6” exhibiting space and several branding options:

• You will be able to set up your table starting at 7:00 am. (Event networking starts at 7:30 am) This will give you access to both employed healthcare IT professionals during the morning and noon time hours, as well as during the afternoon workforce development sessions, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
• Your logo will be placed on the conference web site.
• A special exhibitor directory will be provided to attendees with your organization’s company name, profile and contact information.
• Advertising in the conference program
• Tote bag insertion of your marketing material
