Richard Katz, CEO of HRMS, spoke at the 2011 ONC Annual Meeting in November 2011. His presentation entitled “Helping Our HIT Students Find a Job with JobHITs: A Case Study” discussed the HRMS-designed EHR/HIT job search course. The program focuses on transferable skills—training students to identify and communicate their prior work experience and skills in order to overcome EHR work experience hiring requirements.
