Unique Conference Programming Provides Several Ways To Reach Baby Boomer Alumni

The first day (Friday) allows your staff to directly recruit alumni in a job fair environment. Attendees are drawn to the event not only to meet perspective employers and related sponsors, but also to have access to career development and job search workshops conducted by well-known, well-branded experts.
As a sponsor, you will also have the option of attending the second day of the conference (Saturday) to gain additional access. During the day, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to meet with alumni five times during the day:

  • Morning registration and breakfast networking.
  • Morning coffee break.
  • Sit-down lunch.
  • Afternoon coffee break.

Saturday attendees have access to a robust array of nationally recognized speakers addressing common career transition issues, personal aspirations and challenges affecting Baby Boomer professionals at mid-life. A well-branded keynote speaker and a panel of Baby Boomer professionals that have made successful mid-life transitions are featured during the morning general sessions. Afternoon breakout sessions include expert speakers from the fields of HR, career management, executive search, psychology, entrepreneurship, law, healthcare, financial planning and executive coaching. You can view a Saturday program recently held at UCLA by clicking here.

“The day at the UCLA Alumni Career Conference for "Boomers" was very valuable, and I learned some new ideas and validated some old and useful techniques. I thank you for your kindness and for sharing.”
